Delete your Scout robot App account developed by Pilot Laboratories, Inc.
Method one:
Delete your App account via App. Login into App, go to settings, find delete account button.
Method two:
Send email to our support email, contactus@moorebot.com. Provide your username and email. The email address you sent from such request must match your registration email.
Once deleted, your registration information, robot device information, and recorded audio/video data on our cloud servers shall be removed completely. Recovery shall not be possible.
